To provide total quality education for excellence in character and learning with the T-3H elements of Dominican education: formation of the head (intellect) with academic values, formation of the heart(will) with moral and spiritual values and formation of the hands (skill) with practical (productive) values

CORE VALUES AND CULTURES:

The four pillars of Dominican life (prayer, study, community and preaching) are translated into the core values (and organizational culture) of Dominican college known as PACT:

P- Prayer:  By prayer we dispose to learn and inform the heart to move the body to serve God and humanity. Dominican education produces passion for love of God and humanity

A-Awareness: We study as a matter of habit to be generally aware of the true nature of things for total human development; not for mere knowledge status. Dominican education makes study and the search for knowledge a life-long vocation

C-Community: We are not isolated and disconnected individuals competing for the survival of the fittest. Rather, we complement one another and work together with one mind and one heart, as a community.  Dominican education produces lovers, builders and leaders of communities
