Admission Forms can be obtained from the under-listed locations :
- Dominican College administrative block,
- Dominican Nursery and Primary school, Mafoluku, and
- St. Mary Catholic Parish, Isolo at the rate of N13,050:00 ONLY.

- REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBMISSION:
You are to come along with the following documents when submitting the admission form:
1. 2 Passport photograph
2. Birth Certificate
3. Baptismal card (only Catholics)
4. Last class result.
- ORAL/WRITTEN INTERVIEW
After payment, visit the school premises with proof of payment to collect a copy of the entrance exam’s past questions. Then, a written examinations will be conducted after which successful candidates will be contacted for oral /written interview.
- COLLECTION OF PROSPECTUS:
Successful candidates are given stipulated time to collect prospectus for onward payment and registration.
- ORIENTATION/RESUMPTION
During Orientation, the following are to be submitted: Receipts for payment, Medical report and stipulated items. Before the end of the orientation, students are given their uniforms for proper resumption to school.
REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMISSION:
- THOSE QUALIFIED TO APPLY INTO JSS ONE:
The candidate must be presently in Primary six
He or she must be 10 years old and above.
On admission, the candidate must present the primary six testimonial.
- INTO SSS ONE:
The candidate must be presently in JSS Three
On admission, he or she must present the BECE result as well as his/her termly result.
